I have just discovered that the once unvegan soymilk 8th Continent is now vegan. The makers of 8th Continent have removed the added Vitamin D3 and replaced it with plant-based Vitamin D2 making this now an option for the vegans. I know most people prefer Silk, I prefer Organic Valley myself, but I have heard from some who liked 8th Continent but would not purchase it any longer after finding out it was not vegan. So go get your vegan 8th Continent if that’s what moves you.
Also, has anyone ever seen 8th Continent anywhere other than Wal-Mart?

As a vegan or vegetarian, if you were to be out with meat-eating friends would you buy their lunch/dinner or would you be opposed to the purchase of animal products even in that situation?

“does cheetos have any meat” [sic]
I get questions. Lots of them. Well, actually it seems search engines do and sometimes they come in strange form and as well the sometimes lead the person inquiring to this website. The above query did at least. There’s something to be said for a cheeto with meat. I would have none of it but if your cheeto finds itself with meat…well…move on.
There is an article on veg children in The Tennessean. Something I really didn’t expect to see.
