I wrote a review a few weeks ago of the newest Noodles & Company location at Green Hills. If you’ve visited and have discovered a favorite dish let me know. Is it customized or off the menu? Do you have an idea for a new vegan menu item? To win a free bowl at Noodles & Company (any location) you need to do two things: 1. Follow me on Twitter or use a valid email address so I can let you know if you win. 2. Post your dish or menu addition in the comments to this post and include your Twitter username (if applicable) in the comment. I’ll choose 6 commenters at random for a free noodle bowl. Be sure to elaborate and be creative with what the menu gives you to work with. I’ll pick the winners Monday, June 27th.
How about a Cheezy Mac Bowl with TVP crumbles in a vegan cheeze sauce? Sound simple enough? I could go for that.

I really like the Japanese Pan Noodles. Just enough spice but not enough veggies. I wish they’d have a wider variety of veggies in their dishes or have an option to add more!
I really like a Pad Thai but finding a vegan one without the shrimp bits isn’t easy.

Still haven’t made it to visit yet, but I’m thinking the whole grain tuscan linguine would be excellent if it could be tweaked to be made vegan 🙂
How about some vegan crispy noodles! Those would be a great menu addition!
ShakeShake up the menu. I’ve been eating at Noodles & Company once a month for a year or so and having maybe a seasonal special would be a great idea.
A veggie pad thai would be excellent. I like the Japanese Teriyaki but I think the portions are tiny for the price. $2.25 extra for what amounts to 5–6 small pieces of tofu is not worth it.
I haven’t visited yet but I would love to try the Japanese Teiyaki. If the price to add tofu is $2.25 that sounds a bit high. Hope to get my money’s worth!
I’m not vegetarian but I always enjoy a straight oil and garlic on my pasta. I think it would go well with all of the protein choices Noodles & Co. has available.
I also like free food! 🙂
