A couple months have passed since I last posted.\u00a0 With the hectic time of the holidays and work keeping me busy I neglected to take the time to update this site as frequently as needed. I will try to not let that happen again. I wanted to bring the year to a close with a general post just to thank everyone who has visited and commented on this site.\u00a0 I started this site as a benefit to the Middle Tennessee vegetarian and vegan community and since it has grown to benefit so many more. Each day I check visitor logs and see people getting information from this site from all over the world.<\/p>\n

This past year has seen travel from my first trip to New York City where I enjoyed some of the best vegan restaurants I have found to our usual yearly trips to St. Augustine and Colorado. There will be much more travel in store for 2011 with new destinations. I have plans on putting together many Nashville restaurant reviews in the coming weeks.\u00a0 You will soon see more recipes than before, as well. The list of blogs and sites on the sidebar will also expand, as the should. If you would like to see yours listed just drop me a note using the Contact link<\/a> at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

With the exposure this site is getting I would like to pass it along. There are great vegan and vegetarian writers that may or may not have their own site and I would like to showcase some of those talents here.\u00a0 I will be looking to include a guest writer on the site once a month.\u00a0 If you would like to get some exposure for yourself and even for your own site don’t hesitate to let me know.\u00a0 Whether you have a recipe to share or just would like to make a post concerning a topic on your mind sharing it here will get your ideas across to a wide audience.<\/p>\n
