That’s my usual protein of choice at Chipotle.
On a semi-related note: Did you know that Baja Burrito and Blue Coast Burrito (related restaurants I believe) both fry their chips in a fryer shared with fish? This should be brought to the attention of vegans and vegetarians who eat there. The management at those establishments also will say that there is no cross contamination when doing this. I have stopped visiting both because of their indifference. To prepare the chips is one thing but to blow it off when asked about it is an entirely different matter. If they had simply said “Sorry, this is how we prepare them.” but instead they said what equates to “It’s no big deal. Its just fish and you should eat them and not worry about it.”

My family and I are vegetarians and there aren’t a lot of options in Nashville. So, it’s nice having a new option at Chipotle.
