Not the healthiest way to have it but it is delicious!

Tofu, lightly floured and fried in the skillet, served with my citrus soy sauce. It’s possibly the perfect food.

I’m a nashveggie too. You should come to our next nashvegan meetup. I enjoy tofu marinated and baked and when I’m bad chicken fried. I need to when the EZ press because I’ve been thinking of trying it and comparing it to my past two tofu presses — the kind that’s the box you press the tofu in. It was great, but the handles break if you don’t remove both sides equally.
