I am so happy to find a Nashville vegan blog! In terms of restaurants, I keep defaulting to the same two: Wild Cow and Italia (w/ their vegan cheese pizzas!). I haven’t had time to go through your past posts yet, but I want to thank you for existing. Hooray!

You can wipe someone off the face of the internet? Teach me how! Okay, I read some comments on the pumpkin spice page and I would like some honest feedback from true vegans on something that’s been bugging me for years.

I once found a site that said beeswax was verboten and frowned upon because it took from the bees…in effect, stole their hard labor. The site suggested using candelilla wax instead.

But when I researched candelilla wax, I found that humans were abused in the collection of it. Poor Mexicans lived in the desert for like a year being paid next to nothing while never seeing their families. This seemed wrong to me as well.

What say you?
