There are so many choices in NYC for a vegan you’ll find yourself eating constantly just to try them all. We nearly did and we were there for over a week. It was a blast! I’m planning the next NYC trip now.

I’ve never been to NYC. I was always afraid to fly, but I conquered that fear a couple years back and haven’t yet had the money to get there. But soon, soon. When I do go, I’ll most certainly be ordering that Brokeback Burger at Kate’s! Yum … and speaking of Chipotle, I just noticed that Nashville has a Chipotle in Green Hills when I was there a few weeks ago. We don’t have one in Memphis, so I MUST go there next time I’m in Nashville…which hopefully will be very soon! Also, I LOVE Wild Cow more than life itself!
