Hey,

We really appreciate your posts and we are working diligently on getting out East. If the powers that be are willing, we could be out there by mid summer. Shipping is the big concern. We already have stores that want to carry us but when you are shipping a liquid, which is really heavy, packaged in glass, which is really really heavy, it complicates things.

Anyway, send me your address and your shirt sizes for you and your wife and I will get you some T-shirts. cheers

Stephen

Hi,
So happy to have found your blog. Now, I just wish I could subscribe. Hmm, will work on that later.
I have never added soil to my garden and here in Western PA gardening takes a lot of coaxing to yield a good crop of anything. I have always used fish emulsion and have had great results.
I am in the process of making the slow (but successful) transition of vegetarian to vegan for myself , husband and three children.
So I guess this isn't a good option anymore. What do you think? My mom is a master gardener in Abingdon, VA and she uses it too.
Would her needs be different than mine given the climate difference?
Any ideas would be a huge help!

Good post. I once almost bought some soil stuff til I noticed "blood meal" on the label. Good thing I caught that. Didn't know what blood meal was, but I knew it couldn't be good.

This year, I'll likely grow a few herbs in pots, but yard doesn't receive enough sun for a garden.
