There's so much good food to have in Boulder, I hate that you wasted a meal on that. Will you get a chance to go anywhere else? I so loved Sunflower, but I don't remember if it had vegan options on the menu. If not, they could probably whip something up. I swear, I was there for almost a week and never had a bad meal. Though I am lacto-ovo (though less of both every day), so it's a bit easier to eat out for me. I do think that Mountain Sun offered vegan food and I loved that place (it's on Pearl Street).
