Trader Joe's is not open yet. I was told by corporate it should be October, though no definite date is set. The first location will be in the old Wild Oats building in Green Hills near Whole Foods. Expect the second in Coolsprings, also informed from corporate, though not immediate.

The baked stuff was quite yummy. Like I said, "My Sweet Vegan" isn't that great. Be sure to flip through it well before you lay down the money.

So is the Trader Joe's open yet? If so, where is it? I'm in Nashville a few times a month...just returned yesterday actually and I always hit up the WF while I'm there, but I'd love to check out Trader Joe's...I've never been in one.

The baked goods look yummy. I still need to buy that book. Also, thanks for the fried okra breading tip using soy mayo...I'd never thought of that.
