I just stumbled across your blog and wanted to say hello. I’m from Memphis, but my boyfriend lives in Nashville and I’m there a couple times a month. Just visited the Veggie Cafe this past weekend and wow, that was awesome. Memphis does not have any full veggie restaurants.

Anyway, I’m going to add you to my blog roll at Vegan Crunk (http://vegancrunk.blogspot.com), where I post mostly daily pics of food I create from vegan cookbooks or my head. I’ll check back here often.
