Some friends went 2 days after we went, and had really good spongy injera. I think our day was just a bad day. We have to go back again and see if the food is hotter and the bread better. I think the woman who owns Bethel is the normally the best Ethiopian restaurant cook we have in Nashville, and I am hoping that the day I went was just one bad day.

Also, I need to thank you for the cooking tip! Making hot choco with a SB candy bar sounds wonderful! As I wrote, I won’t turn away a good hot choco! Yummy!
